I have recently found a passion for journaling. Writing down how you are feeling, whatever the emotion whether this is one line or five pages, is such a good release and can massively help your mental state. 

I love to share my thoughts and help others if I can, so I thought journaling for you all to see, is a lovely way to do that. When I first started journaling, I started writing each evening, about the things I am grateful for, and at the time I could barely think of one. Months later and I am now writing a page in my notebook each and every day (if I remember). Forming habits like these are great for your happiness levels so it may be worth adding to your routine if you haven't already.

 

There are certain things that I will obviously keep to myself, as some things in life should remain private, but I will do my best to be as honest and open as I can, and I hope I inspire you to do the same.
