WHAT PEOPLE SAY

All girls, who are becoming adults, should read this book. To know they're going through what others have gone through before, would be of great help. This is a type of self help book, a way to have a greater understanding of what goes on with your body, to know they're not different and hopefully would give them courage to speak up about anything they're concerned about. Nicely written too!

This book shares advice to young girls about the world of growing up. It covers topics from puberty to mental health. The book shows the importance that any emotion a girl may feel about any of the topics covered is valid.

Annabelle writes like an older sister who wants to share her advice with the world. I enjoyed reading about her personal stories as it made her feel like a best friend I've known for years. I'd recommend this book for any girl aged 10-17 as it shares helpful advice!

I bought this book for my teenage niece and had a read through before giving it to her. I wish I’d had a book like this when I was a teenage girl as a place to find out about things I was too shy to ask! It covers difficult topics with honesty yet sensitivity. Highly recommend.
