Wow it is flipping freezing today. Not sure what I was thinking, but I walked in to the town I live in, for their cute Christmas market and to meet a few friends. It was actually wonderful and super cute, but my gosh it took me a while to feel my hands again once I got home, despite wearing gloves!!
There was Santa parade and then we had a little walk around looking at each stall. Lots of handmade beautiful gifts, that if I had the money, I would have ended up spending lots! All very lovely, and perfect for Christmas presents!
Lots of food and drink too. Wish I could have had a mulled wine or mulled cider- that would have been the dream, but I had to settle for a hot chocolate! I also got a hotdog from the BBQ stall which was delicious!
I was planning on taking some cute photos, but my fingers were far too cold to be on my phone so I only got one of the little wish I made and added to the "wishing tree". Sweet idea raising money for charity.
All in all, a lovely few hours out the house in the fresh freezing air, and it made me feel rather festive and happy.
Now back on the sofa, as I probably should rest. Being on your feet for hours at 8.5 months pregnant is a challenge I'll tell you! She doesn't feel so light in there anymore!
Christmas movie it is.. and a nice cuppa!
