I feel so refreshed today and far happier after a nap yesterday afternoon and a better nights sleep last night. I woke up at 5am today and got a Peloton workout in before starting work at 7am which I am so grateful for as it really does start your day off right and makes me feel great afterwards (just sometimes hard to motivate myself in the moment). Since getting home from work I have been able to chill and watch the new season of YOU. Anyone else been watching this? What are your thoughts? I then had some vegetables and noodles for dinner. This is one thing I am struggling with in my routine, is my food. I often only have time for one meal a day, and then snacks, but this isn't healthy for anyone, but just something I guess I have to deal with, as by the time I get home from work, it is too late for lunch, so I then tend to just stick it out until nearer dinner time to have a meal. Snacks during the day help, but I have also been trying to have mostly fruit or health bars as otherwise I just eat far too much junk and that isn't good either. If anyone has any sucgestions and if you are a carer too, I would love any advice on how to make my food routine healthier and better for my body, as I am often rather weak because of this and am also anemic so my lack of food isn't helping with this, and exercise is a struggle when my energy levels are low.
